Mechanical Design Projects Executed	Design & Developement of Material Handling Gantry Robot. Gantry Robot Mechanical design includes structure, pellet pushing mechanism for pick up, pellet gripper, pellet rotation mechanism, pellet stacking mechanism. Software development for 4 Axes Gantry Robot operation and control. A view of the Gantry Robot CAD, Engineering Design & Analysis - more than 50 projects. Design and seismic analysis of Power Plant Control Panels etc.used for more than 50 projects. Developed 24 CAD stations with UPS backup spread over 3 buildings. Power Electronics - 5 projects Vibration Analysis of High Power Electronic Systems including Power Panels, Control Panels of Electric locomotives.

Software Projects Executed	Development of RADIUS software for Sonic Systems Inc. RADIUS (Remote Authentication and Dial In User Service) is an internet protocol for authenticating remote clients connected to a host. This software is for the client side of the protocol for a couple of embedded systems (built around Motorola 68EN360 and Intel StrongARM-110). It is tested on PC client. Y2K testing and auditing of Distributed Control Systems and several other embedded systems. Development of Simulation tools. A virtual panel was developed in C++. An Instruction Station was developed in VC++. Modelling of Magnetic deflection strength distribution and Electro-inductivity current/voltage generated by electric power lines in a communication line. The program was developed in Fortran 77 and delivered to M/s Ryoko Computer Systems, Japan. Web enabling of insurance policies for LIC of India. Prior to undertaking this job LIC had a static web site giving information about various schemes. This site did not provide any policy-based information. The current project is undertaken to enhance the existing web site, providing link to policy holders data. A full version is developed with sample database and demonstrated to ED. Power plant training simulator. Modelling of mechanical elements. Design & Developement of Material Handling Gantry Robot. Software development for 4 Axes Gantry Robot operation and control. Programs developed for interface and control of Robot sub-systems like Laser Micrometer, Electronic Weighing machine, CCD camera, Servo motor for pellet pick-up, stacking etc. on DOS platform using C++ language. CAD, Engineering Design & Analysis - more than 50 projects. Fortran programs developed for seismic analysis of Power Plant Control Panels etc. used for more than 5 projects. Developed Raw material estimation and billing in dbase IV. Software programs developed for sleeve wire printing in C language. Mechanical Production Orders developed in dbase IV. Power Electronics - 5 projects Fortran programs developed for Design of Cooling Systems. The programs were developed on IRIS 55 mainframe computer.
